Where do we start? 

Our coaching journey starts with a free initial conversation in which we discuss your topics, goals and expectations. Together, we find out whether the “chemistry” is right and if we would like to work together.
Change begins with clarity. During the coaching process, I accompany you step by step – from conscious reflection on your current situation to sustainable implementation in everyday life.

  • Gaining Clarity – Reflection & Self-Assessment

    At the start, we create space for reflection: Where are you right now? What’s on your mind? And what would you like to change? You’ll gain a clear picture of your current situation, your values and your goals – the foundation for any lasting transformation.

  • Shaping the Path – Strategy & Implementation

    Building on this clarity, we’ll develop concrete steps and practical strategies together. You’ll discover new perspectives, define priorities and focus your energy on what truly matters – both professionally and personally.

  • Living the Change – Support & Integration

Who is coaching suitable for?

Coaching is for people who wish to take time to pause and shape their lives more consciously – both professionally and personally. If you feel that you’ve reached a point where change is needed, coaching provides a safe and confidential space to gain new perspectives, find clarity and develop next steps.
It is designed for those who are ready to engage actively in their own development and bring about positive change in their lives. What truly determines success is your openness, curiosity and willingness to reflect honestly on yourself, your values and your goals.

Coaching is particularly valuable for people who carry a high level of responsibility – at work or in their private lives – and who wish to restore inner balance, meaning and satisfaction. Unlike many other coaches, I do not strictly separate business and life coaching, because in reality, professional and personal issues often overlap. That’s why I follow a holistic approach that places you – as an individual – at the centre of the process.

Sessions can be held either in German or English – whichever language makes you feel most comfortable.

I have had very good experiences conducting coaching sessions online via video call. I usually use Google Meet, but I’m happy to use another platform if you prefer.
If desired, an in-person session in Munich can also be arranged.

Our free and non-binding introductory conversation lasts about 45 minutes and is primarily a chance for us to get to know one another.
You’ll tell me a bit about your situation and current challenges, and I’ll explain how we can work together to move forward.

The duration varies depending on your situation and goals.
A minimum of three sessions is usually recommended – for goal-setting, developing solutions and reflection.
Additional sessions for ongoing support can, of course, be arranged.
You remain completely flexible, as each session is booked individually.

The initial consultation is free of charge and we can discuss further details there.
